Lawyaw, a legal technology company specializing in document automation and workflow solutions, is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations manager who is passionate about architecting and optimizing the systems and tools that are essential to successful growth marketing. This role would serve as the technical lead within an agile and lean marketing team. The ideal candidate is capable of working collaboratively to develop and implement the systems architecture, experimentation and optimization efforts necessary to run an high-performing, data-driven marketing practice.
The Marketing Operations Manager would be responsible for the implementation of solutions and improvements to hone the marketing stack along with measurement, attribution and reporting. The initial goal would be to drive growth from $1.5mil to $5mil in ARR. The right person will have expertise with Intercom, Marketing Automation tools, Segment, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Webflow, and/or comparable tools. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to architect and build marketing systems/processes and email programs as part of a small team at a fast-growing, pre-Series A technology startup.
