Inside Sales Representative

About this position

We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our San Francisco office.

Our Inside Sales team qualifies potential customers using both traditional methods and the latest technology-driven tools. We're selling the market leading solution for cloud-based Document Automation, helping law firms save time, increase profitability, and reduce errors.

Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads to qualified opportunities by telephone and email
  • Identify business challenges of prospective customers
  • Communicate quantitative analysis of implementing Lawyaw as the solution
  • Develop pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manage the pipeline, including timely follow up of all leads and advancing leads through selling process to close
  • Work closely with Account Executives, support team, and engineers

Minimum qualifications

  • 1 year inside sales / cold calling experience
  • Knowledge of CRM and online marketing/advertising tools
  • Competitive mindset
  • Constant desire to learn and continually improve
  • Professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Lawyaw functionality and our value
  • Ability to assess and anticipate customer interest
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent organization skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate, or law firm experience
  • Experience selling legal technology
