Offer Details

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern this limited-time Offer (as defined below) from Themis Solutions Inc. and its affiliates (dba “Clio”). By accepting the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are in addition to the Clio Terms of Service located at clio.com/tos (the “ToS”) which govern your use of Clio products and services (including Clio Draft). The Offer is valid between the dates of December 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 (the “Offer Period”) for Eligible Subscribers (as defined below), who acknowledge and agree to the Offer Requirements (as defined below).

If you are an Eligible Subscriber before the end of the Offer Period, you will receive (i) a discount of up to 25% off with an annual plan for the first year of Clio Draft’s MS Word Document Automation, or Clio Draft’s PDF Court Forms Automation , or MS Word Document Automation and PDF Court Forms Automation, when purchased together as a bundle (the “Offer”).

“Eligible Subscribers” are Subscribers who: (i) are not, and have never been, subscribers to Clio Draft; (ii) successfully complete an activation of Clio Draft for the first time before the end of the Offer Period; (iii) agree to the Clio Draft terms available here, upon activation of Clio Draft.

The Offer is subject to the following requirements (the “Offer Requirements”), and by accepting the Offer, you acknowledge and agree to all Offer Requirements:

  1. You must be an Eligible Subscriber (as defined above). For certainty, you will not be able to use the Offer for new or additional subscriptions of Clio Draft if you are already subscribed to Clio Draft.
  2. The Offer is for your personal use and may not be transferred to any other person whatsoever.
  3. The Offer may only be redeemed once per Eligible Subscriber and only on your first annual subscription (and for certainty not on any renewals or add ons).
  4. Only Eligible Subscribers who reside in the United States or Canada, and are 21 years of age and 18 years of age, respectively, or older, are eligible for this Offer.
  5. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS PROMOTION CANNOT BE STACKED OR USED IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PROMOTION, DISCOUNT, OR OFFER BY CLIO, UNLESS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY CLIO. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and any expenses not specified herein are your sole responsibility.
  6. Misrepresentation or abuse will result in disqualification for this Offer at the sole discretion of Clio. Clio is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of participation in or acceptance of this Offer, nor inability to claim this Offer due to technical issues on the part of the potential Eligible Subscriber. Clio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or to terminate the Offer without notice, with changes communicated to you in writing if, and as, applicable, including by posting such revised terms on https://www.clio.com/web/clio-draft/. Any term or condition set out in these Terms, to the extent that it conflicts with any local laws or regulation is void and unenforceable to the extent, and only to the extent, to which it is prohibited or restricted.
  7. BY ACCEPTING THE OFFER, YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANT NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST CLIO OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CLIO FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER, OR CLIO’S USE OF ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION IN CONNECTION HEREWITH.
