Protecting your data is Mystacks’ top priority. We protect your information with the latest bank-grade security technology. We use cryptographic protocols modeled after the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) standard, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer encryption (SSL) to protect communications, and we utilize secure server infrastructure with world-class ISO 27018 certification.
Mystacks stores your documents and personally identifiable information on ISO 27018 certified data centers. ISO 27018 is the first International code of practice that focuses on protection of personal data in the cloud. It is based on ISO information security standard 27002 and provides implementation guidance on ISO 27002 controls applicable to public cloud Personally Identifiable Information (PII). You can read more about the ISO 27018 certification here. Only you and individuals authorized by your company have access to your documents. Your content stays private—including from Mystacks.
Mystacks offers advanced authentication methods to validate the identity of all transacting parties. These methods include strong password requirements. Each user password must contain 6 or more characters, upper and lower case letters, and use a number. Mystacks also features two factor authentication, which sends an SMS code to a user’s cell phone as well as email authentication. Mystacks also uses algorithms to identify and prevent attempted security breaches.
